This is the perfect round mirror for any space in your house.
It comes in 3 different sizes – think small, medium, and large – and 4 different finishes – silver, brass, white & black. And it is very reasonably priced plus eligible for many of the CB2 sales/promotions. Easy to hang, easy to clean, easy to style!
You can use the large one on its own for spaces like the entryway/foyer, the medium size for above a dining room console, and the smallest for a bedroom vanity. Or you can style 2 or 3 of varying sizes together as décor for a larger space such as a living room.
The mirror is pretty simple and clean, but can work for multiple styles – modern, vintage, farmhouse – with the right decor around, you can make it any style you want.
I have the large black one in my entryway because all of our door handles and accents are black – see the attached picture!
When should I use a circle mirror versus a rectangle or other shape?
I think it is al about balancing. If you have a lot of squares and rectangles in the space, you can go with a round mirror like in this scenario. Also nothing wrong with playing around with a few shapes to see what fits in a particular space. You can also use apps like Canva or Houzz to visualize what the space will look like before buying everything.
Anthro has great mirrors that you have probably seen all over Instagram. These are quality pieces that will last a long time, but are generally pricier than CB2. For example, the Primrose mirror is nearly $500 for the 3 foot option, as compared to $250 at CB2
Wayfair has over 15,000 wall mirrors available at every price range. My suggestion is using their filter/sort features to get to just the mirrors you’d actually buy and to read a lot of reviews so you know what you are buying. Quality can really vary, which is something I don’t worry about when buying directly from CB2 or Anthro.
