If I’m trying a new product, I tend to buy during one of Sephora’s sales in the spring/winter so I can get it on discount. Plus, if it doesn’t work for you, Sephora will accept the return and give you store credit.

I’m not a makeup aficionado by any means, but over the years I’ve learned a pretty good light and quick daily routine. I may have overdone the blush and eyeliner on my road to figuring it out, but.. we’re here now and that’s what matters! Don’t judge me 🙂
Contouring is a relatively new trend that requires practice, mastering, and ample time. So I was skeptical to use this “easy” duo, thinking it was going to look like I had nothing on. But for how simple it is to apply, it achieves a great contour effect without all the hassle of a bunch of products and brushes.
I’m not a huge fan of glitter/shimmer and so I usually stay away from highlighter, but the highlighter in this duo is very subtle and suitable for everyday wear, meaning you can wear it the office to accentuate your cheekbones without looking like a unicorn fairy headed to a music festival.
Bottom line: this is an easy-to-use highlight and contour set that will help you achieve a great daily natural look. Charlotte Tilbury products have a great formula, and this is no exception. The color options are limited, but if this works for your skintone, it is a great contour set to add to your makeup bag!
Which brush do you use with this contour kit?
This one – love it!
Do you use this kit everyday?
Yes, I use this kit daily because it’s great for everyday wear – it’s not heavy/too much or glittery/shimmery. If you wanted a glammed up night/evening look, I’d suggest something more intense.
Where should I highlight and where should I contour?
This is a pretty nice diagram to follow. You can also look at my video in the pictures section.
